Recently, I had the opportunity to test out a full sized sample of the new Ole Henriksen C-Rush Brightening Gel Creme and boy was I happy with the results! Before I talk about my experience, let's start with the packaging of this creme. I really appreciate the simplicity of Ole's design on all their products in general so this was no surprise for me having seen it yet again with their C-Rush Creme. There's definitely some weight to it and the look of it overall is quite refreshing if you ask me. Along with the creme came a large zippered pouch that's perfect for toting around and travel.

My Experience
Once I unscrewed the top lid and protective inner cover, I was quite surprised to see that the creme itself looked as refreshing as an orange sorbet due to it's peachy-tinted formula. The smell also brought a bit of nostalgia with a hint of a creamsicle, yum! Overall, the smell was quite pleasant and I wasn't bothered at all by it.
Before applying the product, I dabbed a bit onto my finger and gently massaged the creme in a circular motion onto my hand before applying it on my face just to see how my skin would react. Luckily, my skin did not itch or turn red *phew*! After that quick test, I cleansed and toned my face as usual in the evening and then slowly incorporated this into my skincare regimen. The creme itself has a very nice and light consistency that doesn't leave the skin feeling sticky, greasy or smelling like various ingredients. In fact, I really like how this applies and how it leaves my skin feeling right after!
After my first use, the following day after, my skin felt so refreshed and supple that I kept touching my face in shock because it felt so nice! I immediately felt the difference just after one night! That week, I continued using this in the AM & PM by massaging in an upward motion rather than circular like I did on my hand. My skin absorbed the product well and the longer I continued using it and applying it the way I did, the less I needed to apply. This really helped in brightening my skin especially in areas like under my eyes and around my mouth as well as minimized the appearance of the fine lines. Not to mention, this also works great with makeup as it wore well underneath mine and even brightened up my complexion while also giving me a dewy look!
Overall, I was quite pleased with this product. After giving it a run for over a week now, I've been pretty happy with the results. A little goes a long way with this product for sure. If you're looking for a product that will do wonders to your combination dry/oily sensitive skin, then give this creme a try! The benefits definitely outweigh everything else. You won't be disappointed with the results!
