Sirloin Steak Stir Fry

Yesterday, I wasn't quite sure what exactly I wanted to do with the sirloin steaks I had in the fridge. Since I had been craving stir fry for a while, I decided to do just that. Luckily, I had the ingredients to put this all together. This healthy meal can easily be prepped and cooked within 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
  • 1lb. Sirloin Steaks, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar (You can substitute for Balsamic, Marsala or Sherry Wine)
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Onion, chopped into square pieces
  • 1 Red Pepper, chopped
  • 5 Mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 Stems of Broccoli, sliced into pieces

Directions:

  1. Trim the fat from the steak and cut into small, thin pieces.
  2. In a large skillet on Medium High, heat the oil and saute the garlic, ginger and onions until it is golden.
  3. Add steak, vinegar (or the substitute available as mentioned above), salt and pepper. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring meat until it's brown.
  4. Once brown, add the red pepper, mushrooms, and broccoli then continue to stir for a few minutes.
  5. Turn the heat to a Low and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Taste before serving.

After a good 30 minutes of prepping and cooking altogether, I was really surprised at how great this meal tasted! I had also prepared Brown Rice on the side which went together wonderfully like peanut butter and jelly! I love this recipe and I hope you will too! *Cheers*!

  2. I do trust all of the ideas you have introduced for your post.

They are really convincing and will definitely work. Still, the posts are too quick for novices.
Could you please lengthen them a little from next time? Thank you for the

  10. I was wondering if you ever considered changing the structure of your site?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.

But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so
people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 pictures.
Maybe you could space it out better?
