Clarisonic Mia 2 - Festival of Colors

Mia 2 - Limited Edition 

Just recently, I made the decision to purchase a Clarisonic Cleansing System as this was one of the major item's that has been on my "To Buy" list for quite some time. Although this system has been around for a while, I'm actually glad I waited because not too long ago, Clarisonic featured their Festival of Colors Collection, which are a limited edition of bright neon colors much different than your typical basic colored Clarisonic systems. When I first saw the collection, I was immediately drawn to the colors as well as with the size, making it convenient for travel and storage.

I spent plenty of time comparing the different models and had a difficult time deciding whether I wanted to purchase the Clarisonic Aria or their Mia 2. One thing that drew me towards the Aria model was its' sleek and modern design as well as for the fact that it also came with a drying stand. As for the Mia 2, there are a variety of colors to choose from along with the release of their limited edition collection. I like the fact that the Mia 2 is travel friendly and comes with a case. If you purchase one of their limited edition pieces, the case actually comes in the same color as the device rather than your the typical clear plastic case the regular Mia model comes with.

For the fact that the Mia 2 is travel friendly and colorful, I ended up purchasing the Mia 2 Festival of Colors "Brilliant" design. After days of researching and comparing between the various models as well as studying the difference between a fake and authentic Clarisonic, I was lucky enough to have stumbled upon a reliable source on Ebay that sold me a new and authentic one for a steal! Currently, stores are listing the model I purchased for $149, but I recently purchased it for a discounted price of $135! Not bad right? Beware of fake Clarisonic systems being sold out there on Amazon and Ebay as I've noticed this becoming a trend since so many women want to get their hands on the product. Not too many people pay attention to the fine details which can throw off just about any consumer that isn't aware of what to lookout for when making a hefty purchase.

Although I have yet to receive my new system, I'm excited to give you all a review on it when it arrives! Its' been a while since I've done a "Try Day Friday" review and I'd like to get back into the groove of that again!  I did also purchase a matching Tevlon bag off Ebay that came with an additional replacement head and a cleanser of choice that I've already received and so excited to use!
